We carefully pack every candle to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully—just as intended.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Each candle is hand-poured and inspected before shipping. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your candles every step of the way.
Handling & Packaging
Because candles are fragile, we use protective, eco-friendly packaging to prevent damage during transit. Handling costs are included in your shipping fee—no hidden charges.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
During warmer months, we take extra care to protect candles from heat. However, we are not responsible for minor melting caused by extreme temperatures once the package is in transit. If your candle arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature before use.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
